The great thing about oral health is that it doesn’t need to take very long. You simply need to brush twice a day using fluoride toothpaste and you must floss at least once a day. Your food choices are also important and your teeth will love you if you cut down on sugary drinks and foods, especially in between meals. Last but not least, don’t forget your regular check-ups and cleans with us here at Beerwah Dental.
