Can anyone use clear aligners?
Clear Aligners can now be used to treat even children as young as 6 years old! There is also no age limit as to whether you can straighten your teeth with clear aligners.
Who can have this treatment?
Patients who have dental implants, bridges or TMJ disorder may not be the best candidates for Invisalign. If your teeth are on the smaller side or they’re misshapen or eroded, Invisalign may not be practical.
Is Clear Aligners treatment actually faster vs traditional braces
In short, the answer is yes. While traditional metal braces require somewhere between 18 and 24 months, the average length of treatment with Clear Aligners is 12 months. However, the time needed to deliver the results you desire largely depends on how complex the treatment plan is.*
Can Clear Aligners ruin my teeth?
Clear aligners has to cause a cellular response in the roots of the teeth in order to let them move. On rare occasions if you do not follow proper instructions of your dentist, it is possible for the cellular response to damage the ends of the roots of the teeth.
