The holidays are an excellent time to cook with the kids. This recipe is lots of fun and includes plenty of fresh fruit and some indulgent sprinkles.

Ingredients

160g chopped raspberries

160g hulled and chopped strawberries

160g stoned and chopped cherries

160g peeled and chopped pineapple

16tsp unrefined sugar

Sprinkles and Dips

100g each of dark, white and milk chocolate, broken into pieces and in separate microwavable bowls

Sprinkles and chopped nuts

2tsp coconut oil

Instructions

  1. Make the lollies by whizzing each fruit separately in a blender, with 130ml of water and 4 teaspoons of sugar. Divide each type of blended fruit between four moulds, leaving a 1cm space at the top of each. Insert sticks and place in freezer.
  2. When the lollies are de-moulded and ready to serve, make the dipping sauces. Add 1 teaspoon of coconut oil to the milk and dark chocolate only. Microwave each bowl for about 20 seconds and stir before microwaving for another 10 seconds. Continue microwaving for 10-second increments until chocolate is fully melted.
  3. Place nuts and sprinkles in small bowls, alongside the dipping sauces and enjoy!
