Wisdom Teeth REMOVAL

Wisdom teeth have a reputation for being problematic and wisdom teeth removal is very common. As the last teeth to come through, they frequently try to erupt into a jaw too small to accommodate them and will need to be removed to avoid damage or infection to your existing teeth. Common problems include impacted wisdom teeth, where they try to come up underneath existing teeth, or wisdom teeth that have partially erupted.

How Will I Know If My Wisdom Teeth Need Extracting?

If your wisdom teeth have yet to make an appearance, we will keep a close eye on their development using digital x-rays to see exactly where they are and to determine how they will come through. We will only remove them if they cannot erupt normally.
